A new study of 350,000 European adults screened for genes and surveyed for lifestyle determined that, other than being blessed with good genes, the 4 best things you can do to live past 75yo are (listed by the rank of the size of the effect estimate): 1. Don't smoke. 2. 150 minutes moderate activity per week (or 75 minutes vigorous activity) 3. Sleep at least 7 hours a night. 4.
