Sometimes, amazing coincidences happen that are hard to fathom. On my way to the Senate to get sworn in, a Capitol police officer jumped on the train to catch a ride — wearing the name tag Slotkin. Officer Slotkin and I quickly discovered our great-grandfathers were brothers.
