I integrated my apple health data in home assistant. next steps:
- don't allow computer usage until ~3000 steps in the morning (monitors are plugged in a smart socket + turn off internet. cannot be easily disabled because all the passwords are in a box in the attic, which is a PITA to get to)
- don't allow computer/projector/TVs at night if not 10k steps + rings are full
