Two goals: (1) turn Fairfax and Arlington Counties into a better version of Silicon Valley - a place where innovation comes from, but here, it’s focused on defense tech. My working thesis is we harness the best and brightest - video game prodigies, social media stars, weird social outcast coders (we need to realize if we don’t treat this group right, they have the power to actual do more damage to us than China can) as well as the usual types that go to Silicon Valley or Wall Street. With this talent, millennials and gen z see all of the problems we’re faced with because of the boomers decisions (this is starting to happen) and create the world leading place of innovation - where people go to make a shit ton of money (a super American goal/trait/etc.) AND help our country (a moral higher purpose - something we all desire)… The ultimate buyer is the Pentagon here and last time I checked that’s located in Virginia’s 8th congressional district… (2) Under this working thesis, I’m definitely just starting a company of a bunch of absolutely insane Latinas and have them sit in a room and just come up with next generation ways to wage war on our enemies I want the most insane, passionate and jealous just stirring up revolutionary ideas
