Ok just met a college kid who built an online games website (think Newgrounds/Miniclip). $15K+ per month purely with programmatic ads, while still in his dorm room. Sold it for 6 figures, now just doing it again with a small twist. Growth came from very simple faceless tiktok videos that drove people to the site, in which he monetized 1 cent per click! I do think games are a very underrated space for builders. HUGE market. Not bad for a junior in college!
