Prompt 3: The missing link
This prompt will identify your weakest lifts or that muscle that is lagging behind. After diagnosing the root cause you'll get an S tier action plan to improve your weak points.
Extremely useful for lifters making good progress overall with specific gaps in their physique.
Prompt 4: The recovery protocol
